The joint study, conducted by Alta Planning & Design, explores options for connecting the Grand Junction Path and Mystic River Greenways to the Community Path Extension. If completed, the connections would create a four-way "super-junction", connecting dozens of miles of non-motorized paths for users of all ages and abilities in one of the United States' most densely populated communities. The study incorporates public comment from over 650 community members, aiding FM2C's goal of energizing residents in the co-creation of public space and better incorporating new voices in the development process. With the study now completed, FM2C plans to shift its focus to generating public and institutional support for the project.
